 Legally Blinds’ new single Let Me Know When You’ll Die




Legally Blinds’ new single Let Me Know When You’ll Die is quite a mash of textures I’d long to hear for so long. On the drums it’s Lucas Gaumond, for the guitar we have Tyler and for the bass and voice it’s the one and only Guillaume. Now I found myself thinking of Serj Tankian while hearing the voice. Especially as the chorus comes in, the chills I had listening to System Of A Down came creeping back up my spine. What revolves around the riffs of guitar, I did enjoy the groove it had, the kind of Metallica debut era feel a bit. The drums are tight and well mixed by Thomas Fournier making the whole listening experience quite a thrill. It is very different from their last song Legally Blind, but inadvertently I’d say they do distinguish themselves. Go stream it on every platform and do go see them live, it is quite an exhilarating experience (their next show is announced on the 4th march at the traxide)

Mindfuzz more like Mind games

  Mindfuzz , a project that started out from a melting pots of projects seeing the daylight around October 2022, was a band heavily influenced by the 80's and 90's heavier rock and grunge, alternative tendencies! Listening to their songs Butane, Request and Phlegm, there was a will to bring back groovy laced rock spirited music on the scene. Shows were deemed quite the action packed sets and always a thrill to be part of. While their story might have been troublesome, their music was great, their contribution to the local music scene was by no means gibberish. By the end of the group's lifespan, rumours had it tensions had infested the nest, a leader more like a knicker who'd knick all the control and other stories haunted the bands attic, things escalated quickly leading to accusations and public statements surrounding them, the police had it's nose snuffed in, and soon they were no more. August 31th, Downstairs at La Sottorena or whatever it's called! War Doves, Evergreen and The Snatchers

On Saturday August 31th, I'd finally decided to plunge back in the scene and dab my hands at those rockers and mockers trying to take the spolight and maybe get a deal, feel the breeze of the amps and everyone out of stage enjoying their time forgetting their lousy lives. Up at la Sala Rossa was Bad Objection , Drive By , Excess , Street Justice , Scaramanga , and Skull Gate . Downstairs in the same building was War Doves, Evergreen, and The Snatchers. Lets go downstairs for now, where youth is stiff, and waiting for action. It's dark, loud, noises are issued and I can't understand so I jump in and am greeted by folks of The Snatchers , Evergreen and many more friendly faces.
